At Prairie City Landing, those are just the beginning of our fitness program. Our full-time fitness instructor offers more than 25 classes each week with fun, engaging options like VR golf, nature walks in local parks, line dancing, and ax throwing.


We believe that fitness is the foundation for everything else that matters in life. The ability to play with grandchildren, maintain autonomy, or join spontaneous outings all start with physical wellbeing and mobility.


Often our events are so fun, you won’t even realize you’re exercising! Take, for example, our Healthy Happy Hour. Each month, we gather for energetic music, nutritious snacks, and fun choreography.


Healthy minds are just as important as healthy bodies, and our fitness classes ensure you get both. Incorporating cognitive tasks with physical exercises means double the reward in a single workout. Learn more about cognitive aerobics in our blog.
Rest is equally important, and we have that covered, too, with mindful meditation classes and on-site physical therapy.
