I have been teaching a wide variety of group fitness classes for all ages for more than 30 years. My experience spans many formats, including step, kickboxing, hip-hop dance, line dancing, aqua, strength training, circuit training, and senior fitness. I truly enjoy creating an encouraging, energetic environment where people feel motivated, supported, and connected through fitness.
